SPOTS ARE FILLING FAST!!

Its not too early or too late to start thik about our golf outing in August, with 2007 marking the 5th year of the golf outing. Proceeds from the outing has provided funds for Scouts in Boy Scout Troop 1131 who otherwise would not have the means to go camping. They also have been used to purchase new equipment for the Troop.

All kinds of donations have been made so far. This year we have new and exciting door prizes, giveaways, and silent auction items. We also have 4 hole in one's this year, as oppess to the one last year.

Please join us on Sunday August 19, 2007 at the beautiful Robert Herndon’s Dearborn Hills Golf Course. This is a great opportunity for you to spend a leisurely day at a golf outing while at the same time supporting a great cause. You can download a flier here.

Hopefully, everyone in the Troop will help get golfers or help with finding sponsors. Please direct all questions to Mike Fox Sr., the Troops Fundraising chair. We can make contact with possible golfers/sponsors if you give us names.

Lets help make a difference in a young man’s life.
